D-League coming to Portland?

Updated 6 years ago

THE D-LEAGUE IS COMING TO MAINE. IT STANDS FOR DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE. THE NBA HELPS PLACE FRANCHISES AROUND THE COUNTRY THAT ARE NOT DIRECTLY RUN BY NBA TEAMS, BUT TEAMS TO HAVE RIGHTS TO MANY OF THE PLAYERS ON THE TEAMS. THE NEWEST FRANCHISE WILL BE IN PORTLAND. BUT THE UNANSWERED QUESTION TODAY WAS “WHICH NBA TEAM WILL STOCK ITS PLAYERS ON THE TEAM’. THE ANSWER APPEARS TO BE THE CELTICS. THEIR REPRESENTITIVES WERE IN PORTLAND TODAY BUT THEIR CURRENT D-LEAGUE TEAM IS IN UTAH.FROM THE COMMENTS TODAY, IT APPEARS AT SOME POINT THAT THE CELTS WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THEIR UP AND COMING PLAYERS PLAY IN PORTLAND.
