The Husson University football fell to MIT in an NCAA First Round Playoff game by the score of 27-20 in overtime at the Winkin Complex on Saturday afternoon. Husson completes its season with an 8-2 record while MIT goes to 10-0.
The University of Maine’s defense kept #1 New Hampshire (10-1, 8-0 CAA) in check, forcing six Wildcat turnovers but fell in the end by a score of 20-12 on Saturday evening at Alfond Stadium.
The last of the state championship football games were played on Saturday.

The UMaine football team is now 5-5 and they have just one game left against rival New Hampshire this weekend.
