He loves playing with mice and long walks in the woods.

Mello according to his owner is the most beautiful cat.

SPCA Pet Of The Week: Pauline

Diana de los Santos from the SPCA of Hancock County was in on Friday’s Noon Show showing us Pauline.

Pauline is a purebred Persian.

Someone abandoned her at the shelter during the SPCA’s Kitty Palooza.

If you are interested in adopting a pet, the orphanage is open Monday through Friday 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Pet of the Week: Natasha

Kristin Harmon with the Bangor Humane Society was back in the studio Tuesday for this week’s Pet of the Week. This week she introduced Wayne to Natasha, a very fun and energetic five year-old Pekingese mix. Natasha has been spayed and has a great attitude by herself or in a house filled with kids, cats or other dogs. Natasha has an adoption fee of $180.

Pet of the Week: Tina

Kristin Harmon was back with us Tuesday for this week’s Pet of the Week from the Bangor Humane Society. This week, she introduced Wayne to Tina, a four year-old Plott Hound that loves to play and is very sweet. She can be a bit energetic, so Kristin said to use caution with very young children, but she is great with older kids and other pets, and is very treat-motivated making training much more manageable.

Stacey Coventry from the Bangor Humane Society was in the studio Tuesday, introducing Wayne to this week’s Pet of the Week: Margaret.

Margaret is an eight year-old female spayed beagle mix and is ready to be picked up today for an adoption fee of $125. Margaret is a calm, yet very fun dog that loves to be pet and does great with other dogs and children. Stacey said to use good judgement with cats, but did not rule them out.

Pet of the Week: Titan

Stacey Coventry was in the studio again Tuesday for this week’s Pet of the Week. This week she introduced us to Titan, a large 3 year-old Shepard/lab mix. Titan is a goofy puppy with a very fun and loving personality, but due to his size, he is recommended for houses with kids at least 10 years or older, and is recommended to be the only dog in the house. Due to a relatively poor upbringing from his last owner, Titan needs some extra care in terms of diet and exercise to get him back on the right track. You can take Titan home today for his adoption fee of $125,
