Two Maine Residents Stopped in Massachusetts, Charged With Heroin Sales

Three men, including two from Maine, are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts State Police say they stopped a car Friday night that had an unreadable Maine license plate.

Police say the three men in the car, none of whom had drivers licenses, were headed back to Maine from Hartford, Connecticut with heroin.

Police say 31-year-old Joshua Turner of Fairfield was driving the car, while 26-year-old Labobe Andrew of Presque Isle and
39-year-old Luis Vasquez of Massachusetts were passengers.

They’re all charged with selling heroin and each are being held in Massachusetts on $25,000 bail.
