Taking Action for Health in Blue Hill 

If you’re living with a chronic disease, you might want to check out a program provided by Healthy Acadia and MDI Hospital.

“Taking Action for Health” is a free, 6-week program.

You’ll learn such things as pain management techniques, proper exercises, and nutrition information.

The weekly meetings are at the Blue Hill Library on Fridays, from 9:30 to noon.

Classes begin on the 24th.
