Chocolate Bark

Serves: 20


10 oz. bag natural dark chocolate chunks or chips
1 Tbsp. McCormick® Gourmet Crystallized Ginger
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup Cascadian Farm® Fruitful O’s Cereal


1. Melt chocolate in glass bowl in microwave.
2. Spread on greased foil.
3. Top with ginger, walnuts, cherries, and cereal.
4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.
5. Break into pieces and enjoy with your favorite Lipton® tea.

Dietitian’s note: This recipe, rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, is a great way to celebrate
American Heart Month and Valentine’s Day! However, remember portion control as the whole bark in
this recipe contains approximately 2,000 calories. So, for a 100-calorie portion, break the bark into 20
pieces and share.
