Makes: 6 servings (1/2 cup)
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups apples, chopped and cored
1/4 cup raisins
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp. Dannon® Oikos® Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt
3 Tbsp. 100% apple juice
1 tsp. McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
Serve with Kashi® Pita Crisps or Teff Thins
1. In a large bowl, combine celery, apples, raisins and walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with apple juice and cinnamon and blend thoroughly.
3. Pour dressing over apple mixture. Mix well to coat.
4. Serve with Kashi® Pita Crisps or Teff Thins and enjoy.
