Watermelon Strawberry Frozen Smoothie Pops
8 ounces of lemon nonfat yogurt
2 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
1 banana, medium, peeled & sliced
1. In a blender or food processor, process yogurt, watermelon, strawberries and banana until smooth and frothy.
2. Pour into small paper cups. Freeze, inserting popsicle stick or plastic spoons when mixture is partially frozen.
3. Let freeze and enjoy. (If you want to eat immediately from the freezer, run the base of the cup under warm water and the popsicle will pull away from the cup otherwise just pull out of the freezer, let them sit a few minutes at room temperature until they have thawed enough to remove from the cup).
