Two men accused of robberies in Glenburn and Orrington last fall will be going to prison.

36-year-old Chester Birmingham of Patten pleaded no contest to robbery and burglary.

39-year-old Donald Getchell of Greenbush pleaded guilty to robbery, burglary and violating bail.

Police say last September they broke into a house in Orrington with the homeowner inside, then tried to rob “Bob’s Kozy Korner Store”.

They’re also accused of robbing the “Checkout Convenience Store” in Glenburn.

Birmingham and Getchell are scheduled to be sentenced next month.

A third man involved in the crimes, 30-year-old Benjamin Sprague of Bangor, pleaded guilty to robbery in January.

He was sent to prison for four years.
