From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
High pressure is forecast to build into the area over the next couple of days giving us some sunny and pleasant weather through midweek. Moisture wrapping around low pressure east of New England will graze northern and eastern areas with a few more clouds today but the majority of the state will see plenty of sunshine today with highs in the 70s to near 80° this afternoon. Skies will be clear tonight with lows dropping to the 50s for most locales with some mid to upper 40s possible in the usually colder spots across northern and western parts of the state.
Wednesday looks like a beautiful day with lots of sunshine, low humidity and average or above average temperatures with highs expected to top off in the mid-70s to low 80s. We’ll see a few more clouds around Thursday and Friday with a slight chance of an afternoon shower popping up each day as a weak disturbance moves through southern parts of New England. That being said, it still looks like good weather for both Thursday and Friday, just not as bright as the previous days. Temperatures both days will reach the mid-70s to near 80° for highs. High pressure regains control of our forecast this weekend giving us sunshine and pleasant weather Saturday and Sunday.
