Oakland Man Accused of Attacking Twin Toddlers Enters Not Guilty Plea

An Oakland man accused of brutalizing twin toddlers in May remains remains jailed on $50,000 bail after pleading not guilty to the charges.

According to the Kennebec County District Attorney’s Office, 25-year-old David Devine pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two counts of aggravated assault.

According to police, he beat his girlfriend’s twin, two-year-old daughters.

The children were flown to Eastern Maine Medical Center with injuries including broken bones.

According to court documents, Devine told police the twins’ four-year-old brother caused the injuries with a wiffleball bat.

    What a piece of crap this one is!! Do you suppose beating 2 year olds made this whacko feel like a big man?? And then to blame it on a 4 year old! These kind need to be put in a very small room with no door, or Windows, and simply forgot about!!
