An Orono woman is under arrest after a state trooper forced her to stop driving in the wrong lane on I-95 last night by ramming into her car.

27-year-old Sarah Balaban-Garber is charged with OUI and failure to stop.

Police say she was heading north in the southbound lane of I-95 near Old Town just after 10 o’clock last night.

A state trooper tried to stop her, but says she swerved in front of him and he ran into her car.

We’re told Balaban-Garber’s blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit.
