One man was taken to the hospital late Tuesday night after an accident in Stonington.
29-year-old Joseph Trundy reportedly lost control of the car he was driving. He went off Airport Road and hit some trees.
According to police, speed is a factor in the accident and they are investigating the possibility of alcohol being involved.
Trundy was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor by LifeFlight helicopter.
No word on his condition.
