It will stay warm for the next several days with the high pressure system helping to filter in warm air from the south and west. Temperatures at the coast will be about ten degrees cooler than the temps inland. Inland locations will be able to make it into the mid to upper 80s with coastal spots in the mid to upper 70s for the first half of the week.
By tonight clouds start to move in ahead of a cold front that will eventually cross the area. We’ll see some showers for the day on Tuesday with some thunderstorms possible as well. Wednesday will feature a mix of sun and clouds with a chance for afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms again. Thursday will be similar, with slightly cooler temps. By Friday we’re back into the upper 70s and low 80s.

Thursday: Highs in the low 70s along the coast and in the low 80s inland with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible. Some steady rain moves into overnight Thursday into Friday.
Independence Day: Cooler with highs in the upper 70s. Rain early with clearing skies just in time for the fireworks.
