From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
Low pressure will pull a weak cold front into the area today. This will bring us clouds and some scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. The most numerous showers will fall to the north and west of the Bangor area, closer to the approaching front. Temperatures will be seasonable this afternoon with highs in the 60s to around 70°. The cold front will fizzle out over the area tonight keep us under some clouds and the chance for a few showers through the overnight hours.
We’ll hang onto clouds and possibly a few lingering showers Saturday morning but should see brightening skies during the afternoon as a ridge of high pressure builds into the area. High pressure will move in on Sunday and give us a beautiful day with sunshine and highs in the 70s to near 80°. The pleasant weather continues Monday with sunshine and highs in the 70s.
Rest of Today: partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms. The showers will be most numerous north and west of Bangor. Highs between 61°-73°, coolest along the coast. South wind around 10 MPH.
Tonight: partly to mostly cloudy with a few scattered showers possible. Lows between 42°-49°. Light and variable wind.
Saturday: morning clouds and a few lingering showers then brightening skies during the afternoon. Highs between 62°-70°. South wind around 10 MPH.
Sunday: mostly sunny and mild with highs in the 70s.
Monday: increasing clouds. Highs in the 70s to near 80°.
Tuesday: mostly cloudy with a few showers. Highs in the upper 60s to mid-70s.
