It’s been a rough ride this year on Route 15 in Deer Isle and Stonington.
Now folks in the area what to know what can be done to smooth over the problems.
Frost heaves and pot holes are inevitable every winter.
But drivers say the ones on Route 15 are some the worst they’ve ever seen.
A public meeting is set for Saturday, May 10th, to talk about possible repairs for the road – and costs.
It’s from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Deer Isle/Stonington Elementary School.
Officials with the Department of Transportation, local police and fire departments and town leaders will be there.
