A car dealership in Augusta had a fire early this morning.
The Darling’s Dodge dealership on Western Avenue suffered significant damage.
Officials say the fire was in a secondary building attached to the main building, and it was an electrical fire started by equipment that moves vehicles.
They also say there’s more than $100,000 of damage to the building, but the wall separating the main building from the attachment saved the rest of the dealership.
One firefighter had a minor injury but did not need any assistance.
