From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
The cloudy, wet weather will continue this afternoon. The heaviest rain is moving east into New Brunswick so look for the steadier/heavier rain to taper to scattered showers in most locales by mid-afternoon. Temperatures will be cool this afternoon with highs only reaching the mid-40s to low 50s for highs. Drier air moving into the state during the night tonight should allow for at least partial clearing. A few showers will still be possible for the nighttime hours and we’ll likely see some patchy fog developing too.
A series of disturbances are forecast to move through the area Friday through the weekend, keeping us rather cloudy and with the chance for some scattered showers each day. Friday will feature mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers possible at any point throughout the day. As we get into the weekend, we may see a little sunshine to start the day Saturday but then clouds will take over and we’ll see a chance for some showers during the afternoon. Sunday will be very similar with some breaks of sun possible and the best chance of scattered showers during the afternoon. Thanks to a southwest wind, temperatures will be a bit milder despite the clouds and shower threat with highs expected to top off in the upper 50s to mid-60s Friday and Saturday and mid-50s to low 60s Sunday.
Rest of Today: rain tapering to scattered showers as the afternoon progresses. Highs between 46°-54°. Southeast wind around 10 MPH.

Friday: mostly cloudy with scattered showers. A few breaks of sun possible. Milder with highs between 57°-65°. West/southwest wind around 10 MPH.
