Two of the three people accused of a robbery in Ellsworth more than two years ago appeared in court Tuesday.

Dale Pollard, 23, and Jennifer Murphy, 21, both of Orland, were arraigned on robbery, theft and assault charges among other things.

Pollard’s twin brother Anthony, also accused in the robbery, was not arraigned Tuesday because of jail logistical reasons.

Police say in August 2011, two people wearing masks and police-like gear confronted a group of juveniles having a party on shore road.

Police say one of the intruders had a gun.

They demanded money and marijuana, then were picked up in a getaway car.

Police say a 17-year-old who was charged in the case last year has already pleaded guilty and information from him helped break the case.
