A man who claims he was one of the five people injured at a harness race at the Windsor State Fair in 2010 is suing over his injuries.

Christopher Charrier is suing the Windsor Fair, the company that provides the starting gates to the fair, and the owner of that company.

His lawyer says Charrier has permanent head and shoulder injuries.

He says all parties being sued were negligent.
