Ann Marie Orr was in to show Todd and Caitlin some ideas for meals for Easter weekend.
The first thing Ann Marie showed Caitlin was Omelets in a Bag.

Omelets in a Bag
Quart size, freezer zip lock bags
Large pot of boiling water
Lots of fresh local eggs
An array of your family favorite fillings
Cheeses, spinach, peppers, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, salsa, avocado…
Seasoning—salt, pepper, hot sauce
Each person receives their own zip lock bag
Label name with permanent marker
Place eggs in zip lock –this is perfect for the eggs white only as well as the four egg omelet
Add desired filling
Seal the bags and place in boiling water for 12-15 minutes
