From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
Partly to mostly sunny skies will continue thru the afternoon hours. Temperatures will range from the 40s to low 50s for highs this afternoon but feel cooler than that with the gusty northwest wind factored in. Skies will start clear tonight followed by increasing clouds late. Temperatures will be chilly tonight with lows dropping to the upper teens to mid-20s for the nighttime hours.
Clouds will start moving back into the region on Thursday as a cold front approaches from the west. Temperatures will be a bit milder Thursday with highs in the mid-40s to around 50°. The cold front is forecast to cross the state Thursday night and early Friday with a few rain showers. Any lingering rain showers Friday morning will give way to clearing skies as the cold front moves out. Temperatures will be mainly in the 50s for highs on Friday. Low pressure is forecast to move through the Gulf of Maine Saturday giving us some more showers mainly for the morning hours.
Rest of Today: partly to mostly sunny, cooler and breezy. Highs between 43°-53°. Northwest wind 10-20 MPH with gusts to 25-30 MPH possible.
Tonight: clear start then increasing clouds late. Lows between 17°-26°. Winds will diminish and turn to the south 5-10 MPH.
Thursday: variably cloudy with highs between 44°-50°. South/southwest wind 10-20 MPH.
Friday: a few morning showers possible then brightening skies during the afternoon. Highs in the upper 40s to mid-50s.
Saturday: morning showers possible then brightening skies. Highs in the low to mid-50s.
Sunday: becoming cloudy with showers possible during the afternoon. Highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.
