Updated 4 months ago

Two more have been arrested in the robbery at the Shaw’s supermarket in the Ellsworth shopping center last Monday.

Ellsworth police say 22-year-old Michael E. Robbins of Sorrento and 22-year-old Curtis Knudsen of Gouldsboro have been arrested and charged with robbery and theft.

They say they had help from Maine Drug Enforcement and other agencies.

Both were taken to Hancock County Jail. They say 120 of the stolen pills have been recovered. Knudsen is still being held. Robbins is out on 25-hundred dollars bail.

Police 23-year-old Bruce Wilbur turned himself in and confessed to the robbery last week.

We’re told he appeared in court and is also out on 25-hundred dollars bail.

$2500.00 bail is a very low bail. You think that it would be a lot higher.
