Holden Parent Volunteer Group Brings Acrobats to School

Updated 9 months ago

Holden Elementary School students were treated to a cultural experience full of thrills.

Chinese acrobats demonstrated their skills.

Students cheered them on.

The acrobats travel all over the US and China to perform.

Principal David Anderson says the school’s Parent Volunteer Association worked to fund this event.

“We really want our kids to have a variety of exposures during their time at RSU 63, and we really feel like this learning opportunity is very unique, and exciting,” said Anderson.

The Fabulous Chinese Acrobats take their show to schools and events all over the country.

“We have such a motivated group of new parents coming into the school and parents who are really willing to make the school a better environment for our children,” said volunteer, and parent, Laurie Turner.

The acrobats ranged in age from 14 to 20.
