A Dover-Foxcroft man’s death Wednesday afternoon is under investigation.
State police say 62-year-old Daniel Neal was found was dead in a Garland home.
We’re told he was staying with family.
Two dogs at the home are in quarantine right now.
Police are considering the death suspicious.
“The investigation is still ongoing. We’re evaluating the scene, and we’ll be referring to the medical examiner’s office for any additional details,” said State Trooper Douglas Franklin.
Public Safety Department spokesman Steve McCausland says an autopsy is being conducted.
Investigators say the dogs at the scene were quarantined as a precaution but that it’s unclear if the family pets had anything to do with Neal’s death.
