Brian showed us how to do a jazzed up version of Bone-In Beef Ribs

Jazzed Up Bone-In Beef Ribs

Bone-In Beef Ribs   12 ea
Memphis Jazz Rub   1 cup
Barbecue Sauce   2 cups

Rub the rub all over each rib. Wrap individually in foil. Slow cook for 3 hours at 275 degrees. Unwrap and use barbecue sauce for dipping.

Memphis Jazz Rub:

Smoked Paprika  1/2 cup
Garlic Powder   1/4 cup
Chili Powder    1/4 cup
Salt     4 tbsp
Black Pepper   4 tbsp
Onion Powder  3 tbsp
Celery Seeds   2 tbsp
Brown Sugar   2 tbsp
Dried Oregano   1 tbsp
Dried Thyme   1 tbsp
Ground Cumin   3 tsp
Dry Mustard    2 tsp
Ground Coriander   2 tsp
Ground Allspice   2 tsp

Mix together all ingredients.
