From the TV 5 Forecast Center:

After a very soggy day Tuesday, we’ll dry things out today. Wet roadways combined with temperatures dropping to around 32° this morning is leading to icy roads in many locations for the morning commute so use caution on the roads this morning and also be careful on your front steps, sidewalks, etc. A weak ridge of high pressure will build into the area today providing us with sunshine and another mild day with high temperatures reaching the mid-30s to mid-40s this afternoon. A weak area of low pressure will pass to our north and west tonight and could give northern and western parts of the state a few snow showers.

An upper level disturbance passing through the area combined with low pressure passing to our east on Thursday will give us a mostly cloudy sky for the day. We could see a few snow showers or mixed rain/snow showers Thursday afternoon but otherwise the day should be mainly dry. Temperatures will be a bit cooler but still above average Thursday with highs in the 30s to near 40°. Weak low pressure is forecast to pass out to sea south and east of the state on Friday. We’ll likely see some clouds from this for the day Friday with a few snow or mixed rain/snow showers possible as well. Colder weather will start to move into the state this weekend. An upper level disturbance forecast to come through on Saturday will give us a chance for a few snow showers. Temperatures on Saturday will top off in the low to mid-30s. A stronger area of low pressure will cross the area Sunday with a better chance of snow showers and possibly some steadier light snow in spots. Temperatures will be colder Sunday with highs in the 20s for most locales. Temperatures will continue to cool down early next week.
