From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
The storm that brought us the wet, windy and mild weather yesterday continues to move away to our north. Moisture wrapping around the departing storm will provide us with some cloudiness today. There will be some sunshine mixed in too so look for variably cloudy skies throughout the day. With low pressure to our north and high pressure to our south, the pressure gradient over the area will be fairly tight resulting in gusty westerly winds today. Temperatures are going to be cold with highs in the single numbers to around 10° north and teens to near 20° elsewhere. Winds are going to gust to 30-40 MPH at times today giving us wind chills near or below zero throughout the day. Some clouds will linger over the area tonight with lows dropping to a couple degrees either side of zero for nighttime lows.
High pressure building into the area will provide us with sunshine Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures for both days will be in the teens and 20s for highs. High pressure will move east of the area Friday which will turn our winds around to a milder south/southwesterly direction for the end of the week. Temperatures on Friday will top off in the 20s to around 30°. Milder temperatures are expected Saturday with highs in the 30s to near 40°. Low pressure passing to our west on Saturday will give us a chance for some rain and snow.
Rest of Today: variably cloudy, windy and cold. Highs between 5°-18°, coldest north. West wind 15-25 MPH with gusts to 30-40 MPH possible. Wind chills will be between 0° to -15° throughout the day.
Tonight: partly to mostly cloudy. Cold with lows between -2° to +9°. Southwest wind around 10 MPH.
Wednesday: partly to mostly sunny. Chilly with highs between 14°-22°. West wind 10-15 MPH.
Thursday: mostly sunny with highs between 15°-25°.
Friday: mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the 20s to around 30°.
Saturday: becoming cloudy with afternoon rain and/or snow. Highs in the mid-30s to around 40°.
