Four people have been charged in connection with a drug bust at a Rockland motel.
Police officers were called to the Trade Winds Motor Inn Saturday where they found two men fighting over a drug transaction.
According to police, one of those men, 21-year-old Cameron Soto, was being investigated by the MDEA, local, and state police, for several months.
Police and drug agents searched two hotel rooms there and found 25 grams of crack cocaine, 200 oxycodone pills, drug paraphernalia and $4,700 cash.
Soto, of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, now faces drug trafficking charges, along with 21-year-old Felicia Timoteo of New Bedford, Massachusetts.
25-year-old Christopher Sawyer of Vinalhaven was also charged with possession of crack cocaine and trafficking crack cocaine.
23-year-old Veronica Ames of Rockland was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine as well.
