Trickett, Jason 6-7-12

State Police are looking for a man they believe is Armed and Dangerous.

Troopers believe Jason Trickett, 42, stole a jeep and a loaded .45 caliber handgun and several hundred dollars from Machiasport Sunday morning.

Police think Trickett may be heading to Bangor to buy drugs, based on his past drug history.

Trickett was staying at a couples house Saturday night.

On Sunday, the couple reported their Jeep, gun and money were missing.

Trickett was found not guilty in September of manslaughter in the stabbing death of a Bangor man in 2012.

The 42-year-old is 5’10” tall, weighs 170 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.

Police say he is driving a 1998 Silver Jeep Grand Cherokee with Maine license plate 7979TL.

Anyone with information on Trickett’s whereabouts or the Jeep that he is driving, should call State Police in Orono at 866-2122  or 911.

I love how being found not guilty in a trial is still like being found guilty. Why even mention it if you’re not going to paint this guy up as a killer. I mean why’d they try the guy for murder if the media is going to paint it like that no matter what the verdict is…this is some of the worst reporting I’ve ever seen.

And is also homeless. While you’re sitting up in your crystal tower of comfort the same system that affords you also grinds people like this into desperation. This should be taken into mind by our journalists who are misrepresenting this person potentially having no idea what the real story actually is. Dammit think for yourself.
