Two Charged in Fatal Hermon Home Invasion Plead Not Guilty

Two people charged in connection with a home invasion in Hermon nearly two years ago that left one man dead pleaded not guilty today.

28-year-old Danielle Bellefleur and 21-year-old Phillip McIntyre are charged with robbery, burglary, aggravated assault and aggravated criminal mischief.  They were indicted by the grand jury last month and recently arrested.

Prosecutors say they broke into the home of 26-year-old Daniel Williams in February of 2012 to steal drugs and money.

A third person, 19-year-old Robert Dellario, was also with them.

Williams told police he shot McIntyre and Dellario in self-defense. Dellario later died from his injuries.

Bellefleur was able to post $20,000 unsecured bond to get out jail. We’re told she’ll be on house arrest following upcoming surgery.

McIntyre’s bail was set at $10,000 cash.
