From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
An upper level disturbance will pass through the region today and will provide us with some cloudiness and a few scattered snow showers as well. The further north you travel the better chance you have to get some snow showers, while the further south you travel across the state today, the brighter it will be. Northwest winds will be gusty, up to 30-35 MPH, ushering much colder air into the region with temperatures only topping off in the 30s to near 40° for highs, about 20° colder than yesterday. Northwest winds will remain around 10-15 MPH through the night so wind chills will feel like it’s in the single digits in some locales.
