We’ll have partly to mostly sunny skies on Sunday with increasing clouds in the afternoon and evening due to a low pressure system moving into the area. Highs Sunday stay fairly mild. Monday’s highs will be even more comfortable, making it close to 60 degrees in most spots, but we will see rain for much of the day. Showers will start out early and turn to a steady rain by early afternoon. The rain could be heavy at times as the cold front crosses the area. Much colder air will be behind the front and that will keep Tuesday’s highs in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Skies clear out by Tuesday morning as a high builds into the area behind the front. It’ll keep us sunny to mostly sunny through the day on Thursday. Highs will stay around normal in the upper 30s and low to mid 40s each day.
Still no snow in the next five days, but we are just starting to see something in the very long range forecast for next Sunday. This is way too far out to be concerned with but gives us some hope here in the weather office (we are all snow lovers)!
