From the TV 5 Forecast Center:
An upper level disturbance is forecast to cross New England today and will produce some cloudiness for us with the thicker cloud cover over northern areas and slightly brighter conditions expected elsewhere. There are some rain and snow showers showing up on radar as of noon time so a sprinkle or snow shower can’t be ruled out this afternoon for some spots. Temperatures will be noticeably colder today with highs expected to top off in the upper 30s to mid-40s this afternoon but feel colder at times due to a gusty west/northwesterly breeze. Clouds will be on the decrease tonight with lows dropping to the 20s for the overnight hours.
Saturday looks good as high pressure builds into the area. We’ll see plenty of sunshine in the morning with a few clouds arriving during the afternoon as low pressure approaches from the west. Low pressure will push a cold front across the state on Sunday bringing us some showers, most of which will be plain rain although some snow may mix in over northern locations. Drier weather will return for Monday with variably cloudy skies and highs in the upper 30s to mid-40s. Another cold front is forecast to move through Monday night and early Tuesday and will be the leading edge of colder weather for Tuesday. Temperatures on Tuesday won’t get out of the 30s for most spots.
