Camp CaPella Holds Annual Volunteer Service Awards Banquet 

Many people donate to Camp CaPella every year.

And Camp CaPella takes the time to give back to those people.

Camp CaPella holding its third annual volunteer service awards banquet Saturday night.

The event is held just to say thank you to the many volunteers to the camp.

There is a social hour, a dinner, as well as awards for those people.

Executive Director of Camp CaPella, Dana Mosher says, “It’s the community that supports the camp. It’s the community that keeps it going. So yanno, that’s what’s so important about this. It’s bringing the community together to say hey, this is all about you.”

The Abe and Frieda Miller Award went to Robert and Judith Adams.

The Business of the Year Award went to Tate-Fitch, PA.

The Community Organization Service Award went to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Community Works Project.

The Send a Kid to Camp Award went to WABI-TV5.

The Volunteer of the Year Award went to Andrew Carter.
