Live Radio Drama at Husson Wednesday

Husson University’s Gracie Theater will be the home of horror Wednesday night.

Students and area actors are performing a live radio drama billed as “Tales of Mystery and Imagination.”

The audience will be treated to two adaptations of classic horror stories by Edgar Allen Poe.

On stage, the actors and sound artists will create an audio environment that the director calls terrifying, “there is nothing like the tension when the on-air light goes and you’re live and there’s no stopping. You’re there with the audience and whatever happens happens,” said Ken Stack.

The show starts Wednesday night at 7:30 pm. Tickets are free. You can also listen listen live on Husson’s radio station, 89.3 WHSN.
