A group in Kenduskeag knows that, not only do Ghouls and Goblins exist, but they like to play ball!

The creatures will walk through the corn stalks and enter a haunted house this weekend.

Proceeds the help the local rec. department fund youth sports programs.

“Basically it is a great way to raise money for the town. I mean, for the kids and stuff like that, to help out with the field maintenance and anything else that goes on,” said Geremy Seifert, a self described “volunteer ghoul.”

The event runs from 7 to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Admission is $7.

It’s happening at the Galen Cole Memorial Field on the Kenduskeag – Levant Road in Kenduskeag.

Organizers say it’s a spooky one and is not intended for anyone under the age of 12.
