Two men and a teenager are facing drug charges for reportedly selling Oxycodone in Lincoln County.

Drug agents say James Chamberlain, 39, of Waldoboro, and Louis Atkinson, 24, of Greene, are charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs. A 17-year-old boy from Waldoboro is charged with Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs.

Drug agents, deputies, and state police arrested Chamberlain and Atkinson Saturday evening as they were reportedly selling Oxycodone to a teenager on Route 1 in Waldoboro.

Deputies say they found a loaded handgun, 342 Oxycodone pills, and $1,500 in Chamberlain’s car. Atkinson had reportedly been bringing the drugs from New York to Maine.

Chamberlain and Atkinson are at the Twin Bridges Jail in Wiscasset. Chamberlain was denied bail due to violating his current bail conditions. Atkinson’s bail is $25,000 cash.

The teenager received a summons.
