Breaking a sweat for those who have served our country. That’s what people did at Union Street Athletics on Saturday.
The gym held a bundle of exercise classes to raise money for two local organizations.
The funds went to the DAV transportation for vets who need a ride to VA Togus in Augusta.
They also raised money for the Travis Mills Project, which gives disabled vets and their families the opportunity to enjoy the Maine outdoors.
More than 100 people participated in the event.
