HARRISON, Maine (AP) — Authorities are investigating the report of a bank robbery in the Maine town of Harrison, in which the suspect assaulted one of the customers.
No one was injured.
The Cumberland County sheriff’s office says the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money from the Northeast Bank Wednesday afternoon. Authorities say the suspect did not show or threaten to have a weapon.
The robbery was reported shortly before 4 p.m.
Employees of the bank were able to provide authorities with a description of the suspect and the vehicle used.
