Sunny & Pleasant Today, A Bit Milder Thursday

Strong high pressure will slide right overhead today and off to our east on Thursday providing us with lots of sunshine by day and clear skies by night. Temperatures will warm to near or a little above 60° for highs this afternoon. Clear skies and light winds tonight will make for another chilly night but not as cold as last night/early this morning with lows in the upper 30s to mid-40s. There will be an ocean storm passing south of New England Thursday and the northern edge of the storm’s clouds may graze southern and coastal Maine with a little high cloudiness otherwise sunshine is expected to prevail. Temperatures will be a bit milder Thursday with highs in the 60s to near 70°

The ocean storm may throw a few high clouds into southern and coastal Maine during the day Friday as well otherwise we’ll see mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-60s to around 70° Friday afternoon.
