We’ll see some slightly cooler temperatures today. We’ll have clouds around for much of the afternoon and evening today so temps won’t be able to warm as much, but we will see some sun to start the day. A warm front approaches the area by this evening bringing some showers. We’ll see the showers continue into Monday as the low pressure system associated with the warm front approaches the area. Highs Monday will be slightly warmer, partly due to much more mild overnight lows Sunday into Monday. We’ll have scattered showers for the day on Monday and into Monday evening, with very mild overnight lows. By Tuesday, we’ll see a steadier, heavier rain as the remnants of tropical storm Karen move into the region. By Tuesday evening a high pressure system move into the region, causing skies to clear. Overnight lows Tuesday night return to quite chilly temperatures. The high pressure system parks itself in our area for Wednesday and Thursday which will bring lots of sun to the state.
