We have a very nice week coming up as long as you don’t mind the temperatures a few degrees above normal. Many of us will be seeing highs in the 70s everyday this week. It should be dry as well with the possible one exception being if you live in Downeast Maine.
A high pressure system that has been in our area is now moving off to the east. We should still see lots of sun for the start of the work/school week. Temps Monday will be similar to today but could be a few degrees cooler in some spots. We’ll see that low pressure system that we have been tracking since last Tuesday move close to our area this Tuesday, but not close enough to cause much of a disturbance. The farther east you are the better chance you have for seeing an isolated shower, but I think most, if not all of us, will stay dry. Another sun filled day for Wednesday as a second high pressure system moves in our area from our southwest. It’ll stick around for the second half of the work week and will keep us sunny and dry through Friday. A weak cold front will pass through the area Wednesday night bring temps down about five degrees for Thursday. They will still be about five to ten degrees above normal during the end of the week.
