Brownville police say a several-hour long search for a missing Brownville man has ended– with no findings.
51-year-old Charlie Gould was last seen nine days ago by his mother. She says he agreed to come to a family dinner, but never showed up. Brownville police began searching for Gould in several different locations last week.
Today the wardens searched about 20 acres of land behind Gould’s house. The family says he had no money and no car and was down recently, especially after his house was foreclosed on last month.
One of Gould’s daughters, Tia Gould, came home from college in Portland to help with the search and keep her grandmother company.
She is asking anyone who may have seen her father to contact Brownville police.
