The man from Orono accused of killing a teenager from Glenburn has been formally charged, again, for an unrelated crime.
The Penobscot County Grand jury Wednesday indicted 20-year-old Kyle Dube for theft.
He’s accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of jewelry and silverware from a home in Glenburn in March.
Prosecutor say he knew one of the family members.
Dube was also indicted in July for burglary and theft.
Police say they found a gun in his house that was taken during a burglary in Kenduskeag, along with other property.
Dube has pleaded not guilty to murder and kidnapping charges in connection with the death of 15-year-old Nichole Cable.
