Updated 12 months ago

Elementary school students in Lincoln had a special visitor Thursday morning. Ronald McDonald stopped by the Ella P. Burr School to talk about friendships. He put on a show to let kids know why bullying is bad and why being a good friend is the best. ” Be a good friend, everybody should be a good friend and one things friends like to do together is they like to cooperate, that’s a good example of what friendship is all about,” said Ronald McDonald. ” We want kids to be safe while they’re here at school, obviously not to bully, and to really believe in themselves and work together,” Rachel Bousquet, principal, Ella P. Burr Elementary School. Ronald told the kids that if the do know someone is being a bully, they should tell an adult.
