Man Serving a Life Sentence Goes Before The Maine Supreme Court 

The case of a man serving a life sentence for killing two adults and a boy will go before the state’s highest court Monday.The Maine Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the appeal of 23-year-old Thayne Ormsby.Ormsby was convicted of stabbing to death 55-year-old Jeffrey Ryan, Ryan’s 10-year-old son, Jesse, and family friend, Jason Dehan, in Amity 3 years ago.Ormsby’s lawyers say his Miranda Rights were violated by police.They also say there should have been a change of venue for the trial.
