A Bangor man accused of killing his three-month-old son is back in jail. Dustin Brown, 18, was out of jail on bail conditions, but an assistant attorney general wants bail revoked, claiming Brown violated those conditions. Brown’s attorney, Hunter Tzovarras, tells TV 5 that the judge ruled Friday the assistant attorney general didn’t prove Brown violated bail by going to the Bangor State Fair. The judge has not made a decision on other possible violations, but plans to decide next week. Brown will be in jail until at least next week when the judge makes his decision. Brown pleaded not guilty to manslaughter in January. An autopsy showed the baby’s death was a homicide. According to court documents, Brown was alone with the baby, feeding him, when he walked out of the room and said to other people in the house that the boy was unresponsive.
