Police say a driver wasn’t paying attention when she crashed her Jeep into an SUV on Tuesday morning. It happened just before noon on Route 1A in Holden. Police say the driver of the Jeep was likely on her phone when she rear-ended the SUV. ” If you’re on a busy road you have to pay attention. This road sees thousands of cars every day and we get a lot of accidents on this road. You have to pay attention. This accident could have been avoided by what I can tell,” said Officer Chris Greeley with the Holden Police Department. Both drivers were taken to hospitals with non life-threatening injuries.
