An Edinburg man who was shot last year by a state trooper, was sentenced Thursday for criminal threatening with a weapon. Warren Dome was found guilty in June. He’ll go to jail for four months. A judge sentenced Dome to two years in jail with all but four months suspended. Troopers say they were called to Dome’s home last summer, and when they got there, Dome approached them with a knife. A trooper said he felt like Dome would attack him, so he shot Dome twice.
